Refund Policy

If a paid StarSifter plan isn't right for you, email support@starsifter.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Cancelling stops future renewals; after 14 days we don't refund the unused part of a billing period.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days.
